We nevertheless do our utmost to examine the content of our partners and advertisers' websites prior to any collaboration.

Specifications on data use and collection (information delivered automatically).

You can consult our websites without disclosing personal data. However, some services that you use require the collection and retention of certain items that are determined automatically. The collection of such data takes place using cookies, intended to improve our services, that may also be used to generate statistics.

A cookie is a packet of data sent to your browser from a website, which is stored on your computer's hard disk. Cookies are to be found in private areas of our websites (if users are registered); they are used to save the visitor's password so that they are not obliged to re-type it each time they visit. Such cookies may include the following information:

In order to maintain the highest level of protection for the personal data that we hold for our visitors, customers and prospects, we regularly carry out self-assessments.

Such self-assessments are carried out by the data processing manager and relate both to technical and organizational measures.

They also relate to the regular relationships that we have with our subcontractors, partners and authorized third parties as regards their data protection policy.

Right of access, rectification and deletion
In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of Act 78-17 as amended, you have a right to access, rectify and delete data that relates to you.
Concerning the right of access: Before sending you personal data, we request that you provide us with proof of your identity. If you are not able to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you the personal data relating to you. We make every effort to reply to such requests within a reasonable time.

Concerning rights of rectification and deletion: the requirements are the same as those for the right of access.

Notice of changes
The creation of new services on our websites may make amendments to this statement of data protection policy necessary. In that case, we will issue notice of such amendments in this section. Our data protection correspondent will be responsible for recording the amendments in the company register.
